Banning, spoilers

I'm all for banning spoilers...those huge things on the back of Subarus and the like look positively hideous...

This is a slippery slope IMO. Just how far do you go with it? A day? A week? Had we better not mention who won the 1984 world series just in case a forum member hasn't watched the tape yet?

That's an easy one to answer. If week 8 of your sport has happened, it's safe to assume anyone that's not seen week 7 yet isn't going to care if you're discussing it.
