Hi all, newbie from California

Hello to everyone,

I had never known that there was such a hobby for rep watches. I have owned and worn everyday a gen Tag Kirium (I think that is how it is spelled) for close to eight years. I have always dreamed of owning a Rolex or Cartier, yet the heavy price tag kept me away. Always seemed better to have that money invested than on my wrist. I was recently in Beijing with my wife and I ended up buying a rep Rolex at the Pearl Market. I had never researched reps before and had only the memories of my dad's gen watch to go on. After much negotiating I had the watch and only forked over 80$. Well, I got home and started researching sites and forums, only to discover that my watch is far from looking gen to anyone! It ticks and feels lighter than a Swatch!

So, here I am with one rep in the bottom drawer forever and in the market for the highest-quality Submariner and Cartier Santos 100 steel reps that I can get my hands on. If anyone has any advice or offers please get in touch. c4supplements@gmail.com

I seem to be unable to find a recommended dealer list with contact info. Is there something like that on this forum? Could someone perhaps steer me in the right direction for these two watches?

In each dealers sub section or on the Rep Geek homepage, next to their Dealer Section, you will see "contact information" listed for each dealer.

Example:Puretime: puretime2005@gmail.com
Ruby: Email Ruby: goldmedal88@126.com for questions.

Thanks for making a newbie feel so welcomed. Unfortunately that is pretty rare for most forums. I am trying to sift through all of the reviews and other info in an attempt to order my first few reps. I am really looking for a sub or seadweller, cartier santos and a planet ocean. Any advice on which dealers are best for all or one of those models would be awesome.

I will be visiting this great forum a lot.
