Please Help! - Want to upgrade membership, but...

If anyone can help me figure out how to upgrade my membership, that would be great. I've been a member here for a long time and use to hang my premium membership at RWG, but I enjoy this forum more and want to do so here. Only problem is when I click on "upgrade to VIP" I get a message that says there are no paid memberships available for you at this time. Can someone help me by providing some guidance on how to upgrade?
