Are we having any site problems today?

I have been experiencing periodic outage when trying to refresh a page here on this site. Are there any problems currently with the systems? Perhaps it is just my connection however I seem to be getting everywhere else. Thanks.

I was having some issues too. But I restarted my machine, and that seems to have fixed it.

The datacenter where we are hosted had a major DDoS attack (multiple gigabit/sec) . This caused network latency to be larger than normal. They have claimed to resolve the issue but you might see some resisual latency like we are seeing now.

Whew! Man I went to get my rep fix this morning at work, and kept getting the "error" page. Was about to go into withdrawal when it finally kicked back in.

It's tough sometimes for us to find 'down time' with so many Nations represented here ... so we make upgrades all through out the day and night.

Most of the kudos goes to Sylar, he really gets his hands dirty with some of these really detailed and pricey upgrades!
